Group therapy began today. I was scared, anxious, nervous.
Dialectical behavioral therapy is done. I graduated from it.
It’s a hard day to get up. It’s a hard day to move.
Just a struggle I am having these days.
Writing helps us all. Thank you.

I'm thankful for my treatment. For doctors and medicines and therapy.
Depression comes in episodes. Now I know that.
Yeah I go to therapy, that doesn’t make me mentally unstable.
An honest and open journal, filled with meaningful prayers to guide you closer to hope. You don’t have to be religious to enjoy these, you just have to want something greater for your life.
Wrote this last week. Forgot to post. I'm doing a little better than I was when I wrote this, but I still like this piece.
