This focuses on calorie counting, something I do too. I have gotten less obsessive ab...
Ice cream is the best, especially when you buy it on sale (buy 1 get 1 is the most wonderful thing). I feel better eating it knowing that it was cheap.
Sprinkles as a metaphor for something far more sinister. Enjoy.
