July 7th, 2019 It’s been a year of changes, but my depression is back and it’s destroying me. It is blinding me of all the blessings this year has provided me with. It is drowning me, in a bloody ocean where no one seems to hear me scream for help.

August 29th 6:27pm I feel like i can’t keep going anymore. No matter how hard i try i end up feeling like i want to end it all. I rise so high and then i just fall. Again and again and it’s no ones fault. -Nash
