A little about my Zephyr

Age don't read this one. A short ramble of feelings.

Gingey was a gentle chicken. Most of her day consisted of preening her orange feathers and hunting down snails in the garden. One day, something bizarre happened.

This is a short snippet of one of my experiences with domestic abuse so I'll throw in a trigger warning. My daughter and I are ok now.
